Project Summary

The biggest challenge for this award-winning East Valley Water District design-build project was the aggressive project schedule. The project schedule allowed only fifteen months from start of design to finish of move-in. Yet, the project was completed under budget and two months ahead of schedule. The new facility offers educational exhibits that demonstrate efficient landscaping aimed at water conservation, and provides space for community meetings and outdoor public events.
