Project Summary
Riverside County Fire Department operates 97 fire stations that serve unincorporated communities and cities throughout the 7,206 square miles of Riverside County. From those fire stations, such as Lake Mathews Station #4, the Fire Department provides these services to the community:
- Full-service, municipal and wildland fire protection
- Pre-hospital emergency medical response by paramedics and EMTs
- Technical rescue services and response to hazardous materials discharges.
The Lake Mathews Station #4 provides firefighters with an apparatus bay, kitchen and dining facilities, offices, locker rooms, and dormitories.
