Project Summary
Indio High School is described as a “bridge” school. Its culture and academics join the rich tradition of the Indio community to the challenges of the twenty-first century. It provides its diverse student population with rigorous academics, complimented by athletics, the arts and student activities. The aging existing campus, founded in 1958, was carefully phased for replacement with new, state-of- the-art facilities including a performing arts center, gymnasium, library, stadium, aquatic center, and an athletic complex. It is designed to accommodate 1,900 students.
